1. How do I purchase FastDraw and/or FastScout?
To purchase FastDraw or FastScout, simply go to our website, select the products you'd like to purchase, as well as the subscription term you want (1 or 2 years). Then checkout to complete your payment! Once payment is complete, you will receive 2 e-mails: 1 with instructions on how to download and activate your products, and a separate e-mail with your receipt.
2. What is the difference between FastDraw Desktop and FastDraw iPad?
FastDraw is a great application for coaches to diagram plays/drills, organize them into playbooks, and distribute them to fellow coaches or players.
FastDraw Desktop allows you to diagram plays/drills, compile multiple plays into an organized playbook, and print or PDF that playbook so it can be shared with others.
FastDraw iPad allows you to diagram plays/drills just like the desktop application, however you cannot create playbooks from the iPad, and can only print/share one play at a time.
3. What is the difference between FastDraw and FastScout?
FastDraw is an application for coaches to diagram plays/drills, organize them into playbooks, and distribute them to fellow coaches or players.
FastScout is an application for coaches to create professional-style scouting reports for upcoming opponents. Final scouting reports can then be printed or saved as a PDF, and distributed to players and coaches.
4. What is the difference between a 1 and 2 year subscription term?
After selecting a product from our website, you will have the option of selecting a 1 year or 2 year subscription term.
Selecting a 1 year subscription term means that you will be charged the price for a 1 year subscription of the products you selected, and your subscription will automatically renew every year on your subscription date.
Selecting a 2 year subscription term means that you will be charged the price for a 2 year subscription of the products you selected, and your subscription will automatically renew every 2 years on your subscription date.
5. Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew on your original subscription date. It will renew every year if you selected a 1 year subscription term, or every 2 years if you selected a 2 year subscription term.
If you would like to opt-out of auto-renew, simply e-mail our support team at Support Team at least 15 days prior to your renewal date and we will cancel your recurring subscription. When your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the FastDraw/FastScout applications, and will need to re-subscribe to regain access.
6. How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription at any time, please contact our Support Team.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all initial purchases, so if you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase, we can provide a full refund.
If you contact us after 30 days of your initial purchase, we cannot provide a refund but can cancel your recurring subscription so your subscription does not auto-renew the following year.
7. How do I renew my existing subscription?
Any purchase made after 9/19/2017 will automatically renew. Your subscription will renew every year if you selected a 1 year subscription term, or every 2 years if you selected a 2 year subscription term.
If you made your initial purchase before 9/19/2017, to renew your subscription simply go to our website, select the products you'd like to purchase, as well as the subscription term you want (1 or 2 years). Then checkout to complete your payment. Going forward, your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription term you select.
8. Can I buy FastDraw and/or FastScout for multiple coaches?
FastDraw and FastScout subscriptions are intended for a single coach. We do not recommend sharing a single account among multiple coaches.
For FastDraw, we recommend each coach planning to use the application purchase their own subscription using a unique e-mail address, and use the FastTrade feature to share plays & playbooks.
For FastScout, we recommend purchasing one license for your staff, and either installing FastScout on one central, shared computer that your staff has access to, or assigning the typing of your scouting reports to just one coach. This is because there is not a way to share in-progress scouts across FastScout accounts.
9. How do I update my Credit Card information?
