To stream a video that has been sent to the mobile app on the Plays, Playbooks, or Videos tab, you must have a solid WiFi or data connection. To download any video that has been sent to the mobile app, click on the video and then locate the cloud button in the top right corner of the video. By clicking the cloud button, the video will download to your phone so that it can be played without WiFi or data. The download will be automatically deleted from your phone after 7 days so that it does not continue to use storage on your phone.
