Within all BTB tournaments, you’ll have access to the full list of teams and roster information. With this info, you’ll be able to add players from tournaments directly into your FastRecruit database, OR link players to existing players in your system already.
To do so, you’ll need to click into any BTB tournament from the Tourneys tab and head to the All Teams section. Any team with roster info will have a small carrot to the right of the name. Clicking on the team name will open up that team’s roster with player info. From there, to the right of each player you will see an “Add to FastRecruit” option. Clicking that will allow you to either link that player to an existing recruit (adding player info such as position, height, club team, etc.) or create a new recruit record in your system.
BTB tournaments & teams can also be added to FastRecruit via the FastRecruit mobile app. You can do this through both the Schedule and Tourneys tabs.
From the Schedules tab, you'll need to click into a specific game within a BTB tournament (find the red BTB logo). Once there, click on the team names portion to open up the team rosters.
Once you do, hit the + symbol to the right of the player you'd like to add. If they are already in your system, you'll need to find that existing recruit to link them together. If not, select "Create New Recruit Record" at the bottom.
From the Tourney’s tab, first click into that specific BTB Tournament.
From there, switch over to the Teams tab near the top and select the team from which you'd like to add a player.
After that, find that player, hit the + next to their name, and either link them to an existing recruit
OR again, hit the "Create New Recruit Record" at the bottom.
