As you scout a recruit for your team, documenting and sharing scouting notes about recruits is vital. In FastRecruit, coaches can share this information about recruits with other staff members. Notes can be added to a recruit as either a pdf document or an image (ie, jpg, jpeg, png) from your computer. Select a recruit and click on the document tab; you will see a list of the previously attached documents on the prospect.
Attaching Document from computer
To attach a new document from your computer, click the plus icon from the document tab. You can then browse document (pdf, jpg, jpeg, png) files from your computer. There is no file size limit on attaching documents to a recruit.
View Documents attached to Recruits on iOS
Documents you attach to a recruit on FastRecruit web can be viewed on the FastRecruit iOS app. This is an excellent way for coaches to share pdf or image documents with staff and recruits. Documents can be viewed by selecting a recruit with the attached file.
After selecting the Document button, a list of attached documents will display.
