The templates tab shows you all of your current templates. From the templates tab, you can change the name or delete any of your templates, as shown below:
To create a new template, create a new scout (either a blank scout or based off of a previous template), make all of the changes that you would like, and then click the create template button in the top toolbar.
***If you would like to make changes to an existing template, create a test scout using that template, make the changes, and the use the update existing template option in the top toolbar.
