When you lock a scout, you are then the only person that can make changes to that scout. To lock a scout, go to the 3 blue dot menu to the right of the scout you wish to lock and then select lock scout. A lock icon will then show up next to that scout. When you hover your mouse over the lock, it will say who the scout was locked by. To unlock a scout, simply go through the same process outlined above and then select the unlock button.
