***If you want to edit a scout while offline, you must have the Offline Scouts tab open on your computer before you lose internet connection.
Any scouting report can be taken offline so that it can be edited with no internet or Wi-Fi connection. To make a scout offline, go to that scout under your scouts tab, click the 3 blue dots to the right of it, and then select offline mode. When you click it, you will see a loading bar pop up while your scout is downloaded locally to your computer.
Once a scout is sent offline, you will be able to access it from the Offline Scouts tab. You are then able to click into the scout and make any edits/changes that you'd like.
