There are two ways to duplicate a scouting report. The first way is to navigate to the scouts tab, go to the 3 blue dot menu to the right of the scout that you would like to duplicate, and then click duplicate. Once you click duplicate, name the report and then select the game date. Make sure to select the correct game date as stats will only update up until the game date you select.
The second way to duplicate a scout is from inside scout builder. Click on the scout that you would like to duplicate and then from inside scout builder, navigate to the top toolbar. Choose the option that says Duplicate Scout when you hover your mouse over it, and then follow the same process outlined above for naming the scout and setting the game date.
