Logging Out
To log out of your FastDraw account, select Help > Deactivate Software from the top menu.
You will be prompted to confirm if you are sure you want to deactivate FastDraw on this computer, select Yes to proceed. This will log you out of the account, deactivate the seat for you, then show a window noting that you have deactivated and close FastDraw. You can open FastDraw again and log in to the same account if you need to.
Switching Between Accounts Using 1 Email Address
You will first need to log out of your FastDraw account, which is noted above. Then, open FastDraw again and you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password.
After entering your login details, you will then see a new window open, prompting you to select which of your associated accounts you'd like to activate. Select the account you would like to access, then select "OK" and either leave or change the Computer Name, then press "Activate". Once it has activated, you will see another window saying "Software Activated", press "OK" and it will now load FastDraw with the account you have selected. You will either go straight into FastDraw or the FastTrade Manager (if you have new plays sent to you).
If you do not see your plays, select File > Open File from the top menu. This will show you the locally saved FastDraw files (ending in .fdb) on your computer. If any of these files are associated with the account that you are logged in to, they will open and you'll be able to use FastDraw as usual.
If you receive an error message saying "Your current license does not permit you to open this project", please follow this link; Your current license does not permit you to open this project, and follow the steps noted to access the correct file.
Switching Between Accounts Using 2 Different Email Addresses
You will first need to log out of your FastDraw account, which is noted above. Then, open FastDraw again and you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. After entering your login details, either leave or change the Computer Name, then press "Activate". Once it has activated, you will see another window saying "Software Activated", press "OK" and it will now load FastDraw with the account you have selected.
You will likely see a window regarding adding the previously used email address for FastTrade. If these emails are accessing separate accounts, please ensure that you select "No" to keep these separate. By selecting Yes, you will link the 2 emails together within your FastTrade Manager. After selecting No, you will see a window noting which email address is being used for FastTrade, select "OK" and progress to either FastDraw or the FastTrade Manager (if you have new plays sent to you).
If you do not see your plays, select File > Open File from the top menu. This will show you the locally saved FastDraw files (ending in .fdb) on your computer. If any of these files are associated with the account that you are logged in to, they will open and you'll be able to use FastDraw as usual.
