How do I purchase FastDraw and/or FastScout?

To purchase FastDraw or FastScout, simply go to our website, select the products you'd like to purchase. Then checkout to complete your payment! Once payment is complete, you will receive 2 e-mails: 1 with instructions on how to download and activate your products, and a separate e-mail with your receipt.

What is the difference between FastDraw and FastScout?

FastDraw is for coaches to diagram plays/drills, organize them into playbooks, and distribute them to fellow coaches or players.

FastScout is for coaches to create professional-style scouting reports for upcoming opponents. Final scouting reports can then be printed or saved as a PDF, as well as distributed to players and coaches via the mobile app (with the Premium package).

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your subscription will auto-renew on your original subscription date.

If you would like to opt-out of auto-renew, simply contact our  Support Team at least 15 days prior to your renewal date and we will cancel your recurring subscription. When your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the FastDraw/FastScout products, and will need to re-subscribe to regain access.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription at any time, please contact our Support Team.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all initial purchases, so if you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase, we can provide a full refund.

If you contact us after 30 days of your initial purchase, we cannot provide a refund but can cancel your recurring subscription so your subscription does not auto-renew the following year.

How do I renew my existing subscription?

Your subscription will renew every year. If your subscription expired and/or failed to auto-renew, you can simply go to our website and select the products you'd like to purchase in order to continue your subscription. Make sure to use the same email address that your account was under when doing so. Then, checkout to complete your payment. Going forward, your subscription will automatically renew based on the subscription term you select.

How do I update my Credit Card information?

Customers can update their credit card information via our billing portal. To gain access to the billing portal, please contact our Support Team. The link for each user's billing portal is regenerated frequently for security purposes, so there is no set link to save.

Do you offer a free trial?

Our FastDraw and FastScout programs do not support trial subscriptions, but we do offer a risk-free 30 day money-back guarantee for all purchases.

Can I make a purchase with a Purchase Order?

We are NOT able to accept payment by Purchase Order or by Check. All purchases must be made through our website using credit card or debit card.

If your school traditionally uses purchase orders, we find that many coaches will make a purchase using credit card and then receive a reimbursement check from their school or organization. If you require to quote to have your purchase approved, please contact our Support Team and we can provide one for you.

How do I make a tax exempt purchase?

If you have a tax exempt certificate, please contact our Support Team and let us know of this. If it's a new subscription, we will be able to either refund the tax portion to the card on file, or we can manually create the subscription for you and remove the tax portion for you.

If it's a renewal for an existing subscription, please let us know before the renewal date and we can adjust the account to be tax exempt.
