Organizing Play Labels

Please note: The examples below show how to edit and organize a Series, but editing and organizing a Team is the same process, just done via the Team menu.

Deleting a Series or Team

If you would like to delete a Series, you can do so by filtering the plays to that Series, then selecting Series > Delete Series from the top menu. If there are no plays, this Series will be deleted and the filters reset for you.

If you attempt to delete a Series that does have plays, you will be prompted to select what you'd like to do with the plays in that Series. You can either delete the plays or move them to a different series. If you decide to move them, you will be prompted to select which Series from a dropdown menu, then select OK to progress.

Another option to delete a Series - or to rearrange the order they are shown - is to select Series > Modify Series List... from the top menu.

In the Modify Series List window, simply select the Series you'd like to delete, then press Delete. When deleting a Series with plays, you will be prompted the same way as noted above. If there are no plays in that Series, it will be removed instantly.

Renaming a Series or Team

If you would like to rename a Series, you can do so by filtering the plays to that Series, then selecting Series > Rename Series from the top menu.

You will then be prompted to enter the new Series name. After you have typed the name of the Series you'd like, press OK. If you'd like to keep the original name, select Cancel.

Another option to rename a Series is to select Series > Modify Series List... from the top menu. From here, you can double click on a Series to edit the text. Once you have renamed it, press enter or return (depending on your keyboard) and it will save the change.

Arranging a Series or Team

Selecting the Alphabetize button will prompt you to confirm this first as the current order would be lost. However, you can continue to edit the order after this. This will automatically arrange all the Series' (or teams) in alphabetical order.

You can manually adjust the order by select the Series (or team) you would like to move, then either select Move Up or Move Down, or drag it up/down the list to where you'd like to place it.
