Why have I not received the activation e-mail after purchase?

  • If you have not received your activation information within 15 minutes of your purchase, please use this link to request your activation key.
  • If you are using a school e-mail address and continue to have difficulty receiving a response from us, please consider reaching out to our Support Team from a personal e-mail address, as your school e-mail server may be blocking communications from us.
