In FastRecruit, you can assign coaches to the tournaments they are attending. This can be done from the web or mobile app. At the end of a recruiting session or season, you can use the Tourney Attendance Report to see which tournaments each coach attended. Please note that this report will only generate results if coaches were assigned to tournaments.
1. Log-in to the FastRecruit Web
2. Navigate to Reports > Tourney Attendance
3. In the Filter by area, select date or staff filters as needed to narrow down your results as needed
4. The report will generate as seen below. Each tournament a staff member attends will populate one row that shows the dates they attended and recruits assigned to that tournament. To export this report, simply click Export Attendance Data and a .CSV excel file will be downloaded.
