Here are some common questions we receive regarding FastRecruit's FastSchedules features:
Q: How long is the turnaround to get a schedule loaded into the system once we submit the proper format?
A: Typically, 24 hours
Q: We have noticed that some kids we requested you pull schedules for are only showing partial schedules.
A: It is partial because they are showing games of other teams that are playing them. Those opponent’s schedules have been entered. The partial school has not been entered.
Q: Will these be corrected?
A: Yes, we will get the schedule in its entirety once it is available to us. If you have the schedule, please feel free to send it.
Q: How do we toggle the schedule off of a prospect that we are no longer recruiting?
A: Please send those prospects to us, we will need to handle that from our end.
Q: Is there a way to turn on notifications to get reminders of the games scheduled for the day?
A: Unfortunately, there are no notifications with FastRecruit HS schedules.
Q: Do you all report scores for the games played and if so, is there a way to setup a notification for that?
A: No, we do not provide scores.
