Stay on top of your recruits' high school seasons by easily requesting their game schedules. Follow these simple steps to have their schedules added to your FastRecruit app:
Step 1: Add Your High School Recruits to FastRecruit
Ensure all your high school recruits are entered into your FastRecruit database. If you haven’t added a recruit yet, navigate to the Recruits tab and select Add Recruit to get started.
Step 2: Link a High School to Each Recruit’s Profile
For each recruit, confirm that a High School is linked to their profile. To do this:
- Go to your list of recruits
- Hover your mouse over the High School column, click and search for their High School to add to the recruit's profile
Step 3: Request High School Schedule
Once your recruits are linked to their High Schools:
- Toggle on the Request High School Scheduleswitch located on the recruit list page. This signals to our team that you want to receive their High School game schedule.
- Note, there is a limit to the number of High School schedules you can request. Check out the number at the top of the 'REQUEST SCHEDULE' column to check how many you have left!
Step 4: We’ll Handle the Rest
After you’ve toggled the switch, we’ll gather and add the requested High School schedules to your app in the coming weeks.
Step 5: Track Your Recruits’ High School Games
Once the schedules are uploaded, you can view when and where your recruits are playing throughout the season. Use the Maps feature to plan visits, send encouraging messages, and stay connected to your recruits.
